At Chanak, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
